In accordance with Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, customers are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period upon receiving the goods. Items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. For pet hygiene and health safety, skincare sprays and gels that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned unless defective.
